The main objective of our project was to create a model for the selected dataset to flag a suspected fraudulent auto insurance claim. Just to be sensitive towards customer service quality, these claims are not rejected directly but are marked for manual inspection, to make sure that it can be properly scrutinized before actually passing or rejecting the claim.
